1 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to all services, games, betting features and financial transactions on the vip tak platform. "Platform" refers to the vip tak website, mobile application and all associated digital channels. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on the platform or is using its services.

These Terms have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using the platform.

2 Account Registration

All services on vip tak can only be used fully with an active account. All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth and other identity details — must be accurate and up to date. vip tak reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false or incomplete information.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of the rules and all associated accounts will be closed. Any bonuses earned or winnings in such cases may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Verification

To ensure security and process financial transactions, vip tak may request identity verification documents at any time. Members may be required to submit a copy of their national ID card, passport or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.3 Password Security

Members are responsible for the security of their own accounts. Keep your password strong and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

All casino and betting activities on vip tak are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Age is verified at registration and proof of age may be requested at any time thereafter. Any attempt by a minor to use the platform is a serious policy violation and the relevant account will be closed immediately.

In addition, residents of areas where online betting or casino games are prohibited by law may not use the platform. Members are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws applicable in their own area.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on vip tak are conducted through Bangladesh's mobile banking services and bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be made through the same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawals are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, additional time may be required if verification is needed or in the case of unusual transactions.

4.3 Transaction Terms

All transactions must be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name. Transactions through third parties are prohibited. vip tak reserves the right to suspend transactions and request verification if suspicious financial activity is detected.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

vip tak offers bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time. Each offer has its own terms that must be met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Before withdrawing the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 15 times — meaning a total wagering requirement of ৳18,000 must be completed for a ৳1,200 bonus.

A bonus is not free money — it is a matching benefit that becomes withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements have been met. If a member attempts to withdraw without meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.2 Other Bonuses

Various other promotions are available, including weekly reload bonuses, slot festival bonuses, cricket season bonuses, birthday rewards and referral bonuses. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, validity period and eligible game categories, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Placing artificial bets, using multiple accounts or using any other fraudulent method to obtain bonuses is prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on vip tak — slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and card games — are each operated according to their own rules. Both the game provider's rules and vip tak's overall terms and conditions apply.

6.1 Finality of Results

All game results are determined by software and there is no possibility of manipulation. If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error and a dispute arises over the result, the game server logs will be treated as the final evidence.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits are clearly stated on the game page. Unusually large bets placed within a specific time frame may be held for review.

6.3 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket, football and other sports, the odds set before the match begins apply. In in-play betting, odds change continuously and the odds in effect at the moment the bet is accepted are final. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip tak platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with a false identity or submitting false documents during identity verification.
• Conducting financial transactions through a third party or in someone else's name.
• Using software or automation to operate games or place bets.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Using coordinated strategies to abuse bonuses.
• Harassing other members or disrupting the platform environment.

vip tak reserves the right to permanently close accounts and forfeit balances for violations of these rules. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.

8 Account Suspension or Closure

8.1 Closure at Member's Request

A member may request to close their account at any time. Contacting the support team will initiate the process. The available balance (real funds, excluding bonuses) may be withdrawn before the account is closed, but any bonuses whose conditions have not been met will be cancelled.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by vip tak

vip tak may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account due to rule violations, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification or prolonged inactivity. The reason for suspension will be communicated by email and the member may raise an objection.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability

vip tak is committed to providing a safe and reliable platform for gaming. However, the platform will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game is interrupted due to a problem with the member's own internet connection.
• Incidents caused by technical errors on the part of third-party game providers.
• Financial losses caused by the member's own negligence or error.
• Unforeseen technical disruptions that are outside the platform's control.

Game results are determined entirely at random. There is no guarantee of winning and previous results do not influence future results.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

vip tak has a separate policy governing the collection, storage and use of members' personal information. SSL encryption and modern security technology are used to protect data. Members' information is not sold to third parties. For more details, please read the Privacy Policy page.

The mobile number and email address provided at registration may be used for service-related communications. Members may opt out of promotional messages, but it will not be possible to opt out of important security and transaction-related messages.

11 Changes and Amendments

vip tak reserves the right to change or amend any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
